-To build the capacity of AFA member and partner organizations to deliver services to their member farmers

WHO can participate?
-Experts on a particular topic, verifiable through:
–Self-declaration
–Secondary endorsement
–Third party guarantee
-Farmers or staff of AFA member or partner organizations

HOW to participate?

-Email your questions to askanexpert@asianfarmers.org
-Join the scheduled Skype conferences: (put link to Skype schedules here)

WHEN to participate?
-There will be one topic per month
-You can join at least once a week

HOW will it be facilitated?
-There will be assigned moderators per topic
-The moderator has the following responsibilities:
–Acknowledge each participant who joints the forum
–Give an introduction to the topic and the flow of exchanges
–Introduce the experts to the participants
–Follow up replies to questions
–Summarize the exchanges
